Electric Dragon is a different artist.  People posted a song by Electric Dragon and labeled it as a Pink track, even though the two bands aren't affiliated in any way.

It's not just that one track. I often find an album labelled "Pink", by "Mindless Self Indulgence", only to find every song is by Electric Dragon.
